Alys Gardner - United Kingdom Nuclear Institute Perspective
The CNSC Speaker Series in collaboration with the Ottawa branch of the Canadian Nuclear Society (CNS) are pleased to welcome Ms. Alys Gardner on Wednesday, November 1st. Ms. Gardner will be speaking at CNSC headquarters at 280 Slater Street, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in room 14-032. Ms. Gardner will be providing a presentation on “The United Kingdom’s Nuclear Industry Landscape - a UK Nuclear Institute Perspective,” that will highlight the history, as well as current and future shape of the UK nuclear industry. Ms. Gardner will also touch on her role as a nuclear safety consultant and the role of the UK Nuclear Institute (NI).
Coffee will be provided by the CNSC, and cookies and muffins will be provided by the CNS. Please join us for treats and an intriguing presentation.
