Abstract

Since COP21 the Government of Canada has launched several initiatives and held key meetings related to development of plans for GHG reductions. This presentation gives a high level overview of some of the initiatives in which the Departments of Environment and Climate Change and Natural Resources have been engaged. The presentation will provide information on the Vancouver Declaration and pan-Canadian framework, North American leaders’ Summit, Mission Innovation and the GENIV International framework.
