College and University Opportunities

The conference organizers recognize the critical role colleges and universities play in equipping the nuclear industry with the expertise necessary for safe operations today and in the future.

To support this, we are offering six opportunities for colleges and universities to participate in the conference by hosting an information table. Full conference attendance will also be provided for faculty members representing these institutions.

Student Opportunities – Student Poster Presentation

We are pleased to offer a discounted registration rate of $100 for the first six students who register for FSEP 2025. This significant discount is available exclusively to full-time college or university students.

Once these six slots are filled, the registration rate will increase to $700. To qualify, students are required to present a poster, which does not need to be related to the nuclear industry. The student posters will be displayed during the Wine and Cheese Reception, tentatively scheduled for the evening of Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM.

The winner of the student poster presentation will be awarded during the Conference Close-Out on Friday, September 12, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM.
